The frets could stand to be polished but there is no fret wear. It's spotless. It looks like the gold on the tailpiece tarnished a bit over time. Outside of that it's in great shape. This one was a closet queen. The neck is a medium C profile. I haven't had a chance to play it much. The Seths are brighter sounding than I remember them being. But they sound awesome.
